From supercars to superyachts, Cristiano Ronaldo certainly knows how to travel in style.
As well as traveling via sea and land, the Portuguese star also has a tendency for jetting around.
And why wouldn’t he, especially when he’s the proud owner of a luxurious private jet.
Apparently, CR7 acquired a Gulfstream G200 for $25 million in 2015, when he was still playing for Real Madrid.
Apparently, the football star wanted to be able to travel across Europe at high speed.
So he opted for the G200, which has a cruise speed of 901 km/h (560 mph), thanks to its twin engines, each offering 6,040 pounds of thrust.
Although the private jet is from 2006, it was fully refurbished in 2019 and has an en-suite VIP bathroom which includes a shower.
The impressive private jet has a primary bedroom with a roomy queen-sized bed.
In the cabin, there are three single beds and a further two queen-sized beds, enough for Cristiano Ronaldo and his family and guests to relax in.
It also has video conferencing technology and KA-band internet so thast Wi-Fi is available on board throughout the flight.
The $73 million private jet has three large holds which means it can take around 80 to 100 pieces of luggage.
Should be enough space for Cristiano Ronaldo’s outrageous watch collection, which cost him a jaw-dropping seven-figure sum.
Cristiano Ronaldo rarely flaunts his wealth on social media, but every once in a while he gives us a glimpse of the good life.
Most often he shares pictures from his private jets, on which he flies with his girlfriend, model Georgina Rodriguez and his family.
We say private jets, as the Gulfstream G200 isn’t the only one he owns.
The other private jet Ronaldo reportedly owns is a more expensive and slightly larger, Gulfstream G650.
The G650 can carry up to 18 passengers, and has a range of up to 7,000 nautical miles (12,964 km).
It’s also faster, with a high-speed cruise of up to 956 km/h (594 mph).
The Gulfstream G650 is one of the top choices for business travel, as it comes with two Rolls-Royce engines, and it flies at a maximum speed of Mach 0.925 (1,142 km/h).
It’s also advertised as one of the quietest airplanes in the industry, and it can have up to four living areas, where you can work, relax, dine or sleep.
Then again on a $200m per year salary, Ronaldo can certainly afford it.
