Chelsea youngster Michael Golding has been spotted training with the first team ahead of their return to Premier League action this weekend.
A picture posted on the 5th Stand app shows the teenager in the background of a training session alongside deadline day signing Cole Palmer.
It is normal for a group of young players to be in training with the starters when a large portion of them are off representing their respective countries.

This was the case last week, when Kiano Dyer was one of a number of youngsters spotted doing just this.
The 16-year-old has only become a full-time scholar with the club this season, so being seen in first team training is already a massive sign that he will be class.
Golding spotted in first team training
However, being a player who is now training alongside the entire first team squad is a whole new level, and it became obvious who was here when the club released images from the session yesterday.
In the background of an imagine of Palmer, Golding can be seen working hard just three days before the Blues take on Bournemouth in the Premier League.
The 17-year-old is now vastly experienced for the Under-18 side, and has already played his first game for the Under-21s.

Despite that, this experience in its self will likely be as important if not more to him becoming a better central midfielder.
If he remains in training today, he is going to be joined by two of the most expensive players in his position.
Enzo Fernandez and Moises Caicedo were both absent from the session yesterday due to travelling back from South American World Cup qualifiers.
