New footage reveals the moment the Kansas City Chiefs’ offensive line found out Patrick Mahomes had bought each of them a golf cart for Christmas… before they headed out for a spin around the parking lot!

The Kansas City Chiefs’ offensive linemen were in disbelief after walking out to a line of customized golf carts from quarterback Patrick Mahomes.

As they get down and dirty to protect him on the field, Mahomes did not hold back on gifting his blockers for Christmas. Mahomes gave them each a golf cart painted in the team’s signature red with their names and jersey numbers imprinted.

A video posted on the Chiefs’ social media accounts showed how the recipients could not contain their excitement with their presents.

‘This is going in the garage,’ said Wanya Morris. ‘I look like Marshawn [Lynch] in this joint.’

The group went on to test drive their carts and exchanged honks while speeding around a parking lot. Mahomes also got in one and joined his teammates.

The Chiefs shared the linemen’s reactions to their presents before driving around a parking lot

They went on to drive laps around Arrowhead Stadium on their new wheels.

Linebacker Willie Gay, who sat in the passenger seat during the joyride, joked about wanting to switch positions after not receiving his own cart.

‘Imma start getting some offensive plays and blocking and s***,’ Gay said on Instagram live.

While Mahomes undeniably splurged for his blockers, what he’s giving Travis Kelce and his receivers for Christmas is unknown.

Mahomes is the second quarterback this season to gift his blockers with golf carts, following the Jacksonville Jaguars’ Trevor Lawrence.

On the other hand, Denver Broncos quarterback Russell Wilson bought his offensive linemen Louis Vuitton bags for Christmas.

The Chiefs hold a 9-5 record on the cusp of securing a playoff berth for the ninth straight year, and fifth straight with Mahomes as the quarterback. They have three games remaining this season, starting with the Raiders on Christmas Day.
