Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes TEARS UP on the sidelines as the final minute of shock Christmas Day loss to the Raiders runs down

Kansas City Chiefs star Patrick Mahomes appeared to tear up during the dying minutes of their loss to the Las Vegas Raiders on Christmas Day.

The Raiders spoiled the Chiefs’ Christmas celebrations with a massive 20-14 upset over the reigning Super Bowl champions at Arrowhead Stadium.

And as the final minute ran down on the clock, cameras caught the quarterback looking misty-eyed on the sidelines.

As the Raiders began to celebrate their festive win, the broadcast zoomed in on Mahomes who had tears in his eyes and bit his lip as he desperately tried to keep them at bay.

Earlier in the game, the signal caller had let his emotions spill out in a slightly more aggressive way.

He was seen berating his offensive linemen as the reigning Super Bowl champions struggled to break down the Raiders’ defense.

In the first half of Monday’s game, Mahomes managed just 97 passing yards, while also throwing one ‘pick six’ moments after an equally costly fumble.

Both errors led to defensive touchdowns, meaning the 28-year-old gave up 14 points in seven seconds as the Chiefs led 17-7 at the half.

Those blunders came just minutes after he shouted at his offensive linemen and lost his cool for the third time in as many games.

Mahomes was fined $50,000 after throwing his helmet to the ground and screaming at the officials over a correct offside call against the Buffalo Bills.

The quarterback failed to hide his frustration during last week’s win against the Patriots, too. Mahomes tossed his helmet again after being picked off by Marte Mapu.
