Paulo Dybala’s deal at Manchester United ‘will be an appealing contract’ with a release clause of only 11 million Euros ‎

Manchester United wants to sign Paulo Dybala because the Roma star is “one of the best of his generation.” However, Dean Jones, a transfer expert, has told GIVEMESPORT why Dybala may not be a good fit at Old Trafford.

The Red Devils had the worst Champions League season ever, finishing with just four points in six group-stage games and then being eliminated. They now have the chance to improve their team before the winter window closes on February 1.

Manchester United have already started to change the look of their team. Donny van de Beek has joined Eintracht Frankfurt on loan with a buy option worth £9.5 million, and ten Hag will be eager to bring in more players.

According to Spanish sources, Manchester United is one of five teams trying to get Dybala away from Roma. This is because clubs outside of Italy can activate a release clause worth around £11 million until the end of the transfer window.

The report says that ten Hag wants to sign the Argentine international player ahead of Chelsea, Newcastle United, Tottenham Hotspur, and Atletico Madrid. The player has helped set up 10 goals in 15 games this season, and ten Hag thinks that his versatility could be the missing piece the Red Devils need to become a more dangerous offensive team.

Manchester United has been interested in Dybala for a long time and tried to sign him while he was still with Juventus. They talked about a possible swap deal involving Romelu Lukaku, but Dybala chose to stay in Serie A when his agents flew in to talk.

Sunday Mirror reporter Ryan Taylor told GIVEMESPORT that the 2022 World Cup winner’s arrival at Old Trafford would excite many Red Devils fans when he was linked last season, but he also said that ten Hag should be worried about how uneven his play is.

Dybala’s long-term future is unclear now that the last 18 months of his £137,000-per-week Roma contract are over, but it looks like Manchester United could still be disappointed in their attempts to sign him.

The attacker wants to stay at the Stadio Olimpico even though he is being heavily pursued by other teams, according to Italian news site Calciomercato (via Roma Press). He hopes to be offered a new contract.

Dean Jones news: Paulo Dybala

Jones thinks Dybala would be a great addition to ten Hag’s team, but he has told Manchester United that they would be taking a big risk by giving him the chance to play in the Premier League for the first time.

The well-known journalist thinks that the 30-year-old has not lived up to his full potential, which has caused worries that he will fail at Old Trafford like other big-name players who have failed to live up to high standards.
