The Chiefs star shared a kiss with his wife
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce may be the talk of the town when it comes to Kansas City Chiefs couples, but Patrick Mahomes and Brittany showed they still have passion in their relationship.
As the Chiefs began their playoff campaign with a wild-card 26-7 victory over the Miami Dolphins, Taylor and Brittany both braved the sub-zero temperatures to make it to Arrowhead Stadium.
But while Swift was cosied up in the warmth of the VIP suite along with Kelce’s mother, Donna, Brittany decided to take up her usual spot on the touchline before the game.
The mother-of-two dazzled in her custom-made Patrick Mahomes puffer jacket, designed by fellow NFL wife Kristin Juszczyk, with the freezing conditions leaving her shivering.
But that didn’t stop the 28-year-old from getting close to her man, posting a number of snaps with the caption: “LETS DO THIS”, following by two ‘freezing’ emojis.
In amongst the flurry of photos of her standing pitchside, Brittany – wearing a fashionable white fluffy hat – shared an intimate kiss with her husband to show the spark between them is still very much alive.
In another snap, she held his head adoringly in her hands, which were kept warm by black leather gloves, before the quarterback stepped out onto the field.
Brittany Mahomes supports Patrick again
Known for her candid expressions and previous controversies, Brittany’s recent actions have triggered criticism from NFL fans.
But she is her husband’s biggest cheerleader, often writing posts on Instagram to encourage her quarterback husband when he receives criticism after a mixed year for the 28-year-old.
There is rarely a game where Brittany is not seen in the suite at Arrowhead and on occasions, she will bring their two 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren, Sterling Skye, 2, and Patrick “Bronze” Lavon Mahomes III, who is 13 months old.
With temperatures dropping below -4 degrees for kickoff, it was deemed too cold for the young kids to be present. Instead, Brittany returned to the suite to party along to music being blasted around the stadium with Donna Kelce and Taylor Swift as they battled to stay warm.
