The Sapphire by DAMAC will offer views of the Dubai Canal, Sheikh Zayed Road, and the Arabian Sea

DAMAC Properties, a leading luxury real estate developer in the UAE, has announced the launch of ‘The Sapphire’ tower, the third installment in its Safa series.

This collection is renowned for its luxurious and unique interiors, catering to individuals seeking a high-end lifestyle.

“As we embark on the new year, DAMAC reaffirms its dedication to excellence. The launch of The Sapphire, our second tower within the first quarter of 2024, underscores our commitment to meeting the sustained demand for luxury residential units while redefining urban living and captivating individuals of refined taste across the globe,” Mohammed Tahaineh, the General Manager of Projects at DAMAC, expressed the company’s commitment to excellence and meeting the demand for luxury residential units said.

The tower’s lobby will feature an immersive ring of light, whereas the infinity pool on the Podium level will feature views of Safa Park and the surrounding waters.

On the rooftop, residents can find co-working spaces. Moreover, dedicated pods are available.

The development also features a luxury spa retreat and a tranquil Canary Garden, providing relaxation options for residents.

Fitness enthusiasts have access to a running track and a 24/7 indoor fitness center as well.

The 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments and townhouses boast clean lines and floor-to-ceiling windows. The interiors of the units are branded by de GRISOGONO, a renowned high jewelry brand acquired by DAMAC in 2020.

Strategically located near the Jumeirah area and Downtown Dubai, The Sapphire enjoys a prime real estate location.

Residents are within walking distance of Safa Park. Additionally, City Walk and Box Park, as well as Jumeirah Beach, are nearby from The Sapphire.

Positioned adjacent to Sheikh Zayed Road, The Sapphire will offer views of the Dubai Canal, Sheikh Zayed Road, and the Arabian Sea.

The tower stands alongside its predecessors, Safa One de GRISOGONO and Safa Two de GRISOGONO.
