Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez officially list $68M Beverly Hills mansion for sale amid marital woes

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez officially listed their massive Beverly Hills mansion amid their looming divorce.

The 38,000-square-foot house was posted for sale on MLS Thursday afternoon just one month after it was reported the pair were quietly trying to sell it off-market.

The couple are asking for $68 million for the 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom home — nearly $8 million more than what they paid when they bought it last year.

According to the listing, the home was renovated with “the highest level of quality within the last four months.”

The five-acre property also features a separate 5,000-square-foot guest penthouse, a caretaker house, a two-bedroom guardhouse, a spacious 12-car garage and parking for 80 vehicles.

As for at-home recreation, the mansion includes a fully equipped gym, a boxing ring, a sports lounge, a bar and basketball and pickleball courts.

Reps for the couple did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

The couple spent two years searching for their perfect love nest before landing on the jaw-dropping property in May 2023.

They reportedly purchased the home for $60.85 million in all cash.

The mansion was listed for $135 million in 2018 before dropping it to $75 million five years later.

Although the “Gigli” co-stars purchased the home for well under the asking price, they’ll likely be left in the red due to the cost of renovations and the Los Angeles mansion tax.

However, Affleck reportedly never “liked” the home.jlo/Instagram

Despite shelling out serious cash, Affleck reportedly never even “liked” the home.

Last month, an insider told People that the pair had been unhappy with their purchase for a while.

“Ben never liked the house,” the source shared. “It’s too far away from his kids.”

Even Lopez reportedly thought the property was “too big for her.”

We’re told the chances of a reconciliation are “slim.”GC Images

The “One the Floor” singer has been staying at the palatial property by herself in recent months. Whispers of trouble in paradise began in May after Affleck moved into a rental property about 30 minutes from their Beverly Hills manse.

Amid their marital woes, Lopez took a solo trip to Europe, where she was photographed enjoying a boat day with pals. However, Affleck reportedly seized the opportunity to move all his belongings out of their shared home.

Sources recently Page Six that the chance of reconciliation is “slim” for the couple as their marriage has been “over for months.”

Affleck was spotted without the sentimental piece of jewelry just one day before their home was listed.
