Anne Hathaway and her husband Adam Shulman enjoy a spot of light lunch with their two 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren in Los Angeles

She is one of the biggest A-listers in Hollywood.

And Anne Hathaway enjoyed some time away from work on Wednesday as she grabbed lunch with her husband, Adam Shulman, and their two 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren, Jonathan, four, and Jack, one.

The mother-of-two, 38, was seen feeding her youngest 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥 in Los Angeles before returning to their car and heading off.

She cut a stylish figure in a brown jacket and straight-leg jeans.

Anne draped a Chanel handbag across her body and made sure to add a splash of colour with a red tee.

The actress wore a burgundy face mask before sitting down at the outdoor seating of the restaurant to remove it.

Her brunette locks fell down in a straight hairdo as she sported a fringe and soft make-up.

Her producer husband, 39, kept it casual in a black shirt and matching face mask for the outing.

His silver curly locks were swept over in a side part as he rocked a rugged stubble.

Their oldest 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥 donned an adorable t-shirt peppered with coloured cars while their youngest, Jack, bundled up in a cobalt blue and red hoodie.

It comes after Anne revealed she had to suffer a DIY haircut just like everyone else during the pandemic before filming her latest movie.

The actress admitted she was ‘terrified’ of using a stylist outside of her working bubble while shooting pandemic themed-film, Locked Down.

Anne said she ‘wrongly assumed’ that the hair stylist on set in London would be able to cut her hair, but he said it wasn’t in his s𝓀𝒾𝓁𝓁set

Talking to the Radio Times, Anne said: ‘I was so serious about it [coronavirus] that I gave myself a haircut because I realised it had gone too far.

‘When I started work on set, I assumed my hair stylist would be able to give me a professional do – but then he informed me that he actually didn’t cut hair.

‘He asked me if I wanted to have someone else come to set to clean it up, but I was so freaked out by the thought of being in contact with someone outside the filming bubble that I said no. My hair in the film is the hair I cut myself, which felt very 2020.’

Scared: The actress recently admitted she was ‘terrified’ of using a stylist outside of her working bubble while shooting pandemic themed-film, Locked Down

While Anne admitted the first few weeks of lockdown were ‘scary’, she soon realised she was in a fortunate position and was happy to have work to go to.

She said: ‘I had food on my table and I wasn’t worrying about paying the mortgage. It began to feel disrespectful to people who were going through a harder time, so I learnt to change my focus.’

Anne said that although filming a movie can often feel chaotic, Locked Down was especially fast-paced as they filmed it in just 18 days.

The actress, who co-starred with Chiwetel Ejiofor in the film directed by Doug Liman, said: ‘I feel like 2020 was chaotic in so many ways and film-making is also often chaotic, but this project was definitely more chaotic than others.’

Anne also detailed what living with her family has been like.

The Witches star, who said she has loved being ‘present’ with her kids, said her husband has been ‘amazing’ at noticing the moments where she just needs to take a moment for herself.

She added: ‘I haven’t had to go off and work much, although I don’t feel guilty about working.

‘I feel very, very competent, rather comfortable and proud of the fact that I have a job that can provide for my family – but it’s been great to spend time with the kids. I’ve been taking everything in.’
