DOGE mastermind Elon Musk has expanded his sprawling family tree once again as Neuralink executive Shivon Zilis confirmed the 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡 of their fourth 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥 together on Friday night.
The 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦 would be Musk’s alleged 14th offspring, given his current legal scuffle with conservative influencer Ashley St Clair.
The announcement came straight from Zilis herself, who took to X to share the news of their newest addition, including a revelation over the name of their third 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥, which had been previously unknown until now.
‘Discussed with Elon and, in light of beautiful Arcadia’s 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡day, we felt it was better to also just share directly about our wonderful and incredible son Seldon Lycurgus,’ Zilis, 38, wrote.
‘Built like a juggernaut, with a solid heart of gold. Love him so much ❤️,’ she wrote.
Musk simply responded with a heart emoji: ‘❤️.’
Zilis appears unfazed by the whirlwind of speculation surrounding Musk’s ever-growing list of progeny. Her focus, as her tweet suggests, is on her 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren.
There has long been speculated over Musk and Zilis’ expanding family, particularly after Bloomberg first reported in June 2024 how the pair had secretly welcomed a third 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥 together at the start of the year.

Musk, 53, later addressed the speculation dismissing claims that the 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡 was concealed.
‘As for “secretly fathered,” that is … false. All our friends and family know. Failure to issue a press release, which would be bizarre, does not mean “secret.”‘ Musk stated at the time.
The latest addition to Musk’s ever-growing brood aligns with his well-documented concern over declining global 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡 rates.
The Tesla and SpaceX CEO has frequently used his platform to sound the alarm, arguing that many nations are already falling below replacement levels.
‘Many countries are already well below replacement rate, and the trend is that almost all will be. This is simply a fact, not a “debunked theory,'” Musk said last year noting how ‘2.1 kids is replacement rate, and obviously the world as a whole will soon drop below that point.’
‘Bravo to big families,’ he declared in 2022 when speaking about his growing number of 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren.
Musk’s 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren are spread across multiple relationships, with Zilis being the latest to share the title of co-parent.
She and Musk previously welcomed twins, Strider and Azure, in November 2021, just one month before Musk’s then-partner, musician Grimes, gave 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡 to their daughter, Exa Dark Sideræl, via surrogate.

The billionaire also has two other 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren with Grimes, and six with his ex-wife, author Justine Wilson.

Musk’s name has also been making waves in legal documents. The billionaire is currently embroiled in a paternity dispute with conservative activist Ashley St. Clair, 26, who has filed a lawsuit against the DOGE chief alleging that Musk is the father of her five-month-old son.
St. Clair, who is seeking sole custody, claims she has no doubt about the paternity of her 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥.

In another text exchange, which is undated, St. Clair says she feels their relationship ‘broke down’ when Musk’s fixer and right hand man Jared Birchall ‘got involved’

According to the court documents, St Clair says she believes 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥 was conceived on the island of St. Barts
In her legal filing, she stated that she ‘did not have 𝓈ℯ𝓍ual intercourse with any other male during the time the 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥 was conceived.’
The influencer also alleges that Musk was not present for the 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡 of their 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥 and hasn’t expressed any interest in having custody.
St. Clair included alleged text messages from Musk as evidence. In one purported exchange, Musk reportedly acknowledged her new𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐧 by saying, ‘I look forward to seeing you and him this weekend.’
Another message from November 2024 allegedly read, ‘I want to knock you up again,’ with a follow-up message from February of this year stating, ‘Well, we do have a legion of kids to make.’
The DailyMail.com had been investigating claims that the two were in a romantic relationship, weeks before St. Clair publicly claimed she had Musk’s 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦.
Musk has always wanted to have a large family and he once claimed that ‘civilization is going to crumble’ if people don’t have more 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren.
A female friend of Musk’s told The Mail on Sunday: ‘He will keep fathering 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren for as long as he can and he’s only 53 so technically he could keep going for another 30 years.
‘He sees it as his mission to repopulate the earth, single-handedly if necessary.’
So far, the 53-year-old billionaire has fathered 13 kids with three different women as he has yet to respond publicly to Ashley St. Clair’s claims. His latest with Zilis would be his 14th.
