Leavitt RANTS about Judges Halting Deportations: ‘We’ll Keep Deporting These Monsters!’

In a stunning escalation over immigration enforcement, White House Press Secretary Caroline Levit unleashed a fiery denunciation of federal Judge Brian Murphy, who ordered the reopening of deportation cases involving violent criminals. In a gripping press briefing, Levit declared, “No judge will protect these monster criminals not on our watch,” igniting a national debate over judicial authority and public safety.

The confrontation erupted after Judge Murphy ruled that deported individuals—convicted of serious crimes including assault and trafficking—must be returned to the U.S. under claims of due process violations. Levit did not hold back, asserting that such judicial overreach undermines the safety of American citizens and the rule of law. “We are prepared to escalate this all the way to the Supreme Court,” she warned, emphasizing the urgency of the administration’s response.

As her words echoed through the press room, reactions poured in. Lawmakers scrambled to back Levit while critics accused her of undermining judicial independence. Yet Levit remained resolute, stating, “This isn’t just about immigration; it’s about who governs.”

In the wake of her dramatic address, the Justice Department quickly filed for an emergency stay against Murphy’s order, claiming it violated executive authority. The stakes couldn’t be higher; if the stay is denied, the government could be forced to reinstate dangerous individuals already deported.

As the battle intensifies, Levit is spearheading a public campaign, spotlighting the victims of crimes committed by those Murphy aims to bring back. “These families were failed once; we will not let them be failed again,” she asserted.

The Supreme Court is set to hear the case, a pivotal moment that could redefine the landscape of immigration enforcement in America. All eyes are on Washington as this unprecedented showdown unfolds, testing the limits of judicial power versus executive authority.
