Nicki Minaj, the Grammy Award-winning rapper famous for hits like “Starships,” has finally found her new abode in Hidden Hills, a prestigious guard-gated community in the San Fernando Valley.

 

After living in various large properties across the greater Los Angeles region, she has settled in this luxurious location, splurging a staggering $19.5 million on a brand-new mansion.

The sprawling modern farmhouse, which was constructed this year by a local developer, was swiftly sold before even being listed on the MLS. As a result, there are no available pictures or detailed information about the house. However, tax records reveal that the mansion covers approximately 12,000 square feet and boasts eight bedrooms, nine full bathrooms, and two powder rooms.

Stepping into the backyard, one can find a range of amenities, including a separate guesthouse, a cabana by the pool, a saltwater pool with a Jacuzzi, and a Baja shelf for sunbathing. The expansive one-acre site also features lush lawns and beautiful landscaping, ensuring the utmost privacy for the residents.

Inside, the upper master suite boasts a private balcony overlooking the backyard, while the main house itself showcases pocketing glass doors leading to several patios and terraces, adding to the grandeur of the mansion.

Although it seems likely that Minaj and her husband will soon relocate to their opulent Hidden Hills mansion, it’s worth noting that their current rental estate is no less impressive. The 1990s-built Mediterranean-inspired property features marble flooring, six bedrooms, and nine bathrooms spread across more than 10,000 square feet of living space.
