Shaquille O’Neal Asks NBA Fans Who Would Win Between Yellow And Red Superteams

Shaquille O’Neal asked NBA fans which superteam between a red team and a yellow team would come out on top.

Shaquille O’Neal is always asking NBA fans real questions on social media, and he had one with a team of superstars in yellow jerseys going up against a team of superstars wearing red jerseys.

Shaquille O’Neal, Stephen Curry, Kobe Bryant, LeBron James, and Karl Malone are on the yellow team. Derrick Rose, Michael Jordan, Julius Erving, Charles Barkley, and Hakeem Olajuwon are on the red team.

“This is a good one, I honestly don’t know,” Shaquille O’Neal wrote in the caption. “What y’all think? This actually might go 7.”

Fans naturally had a lot of thoughts on the matter. One fan thought the yellow team was an easy pick, saying, “Nah. Team Yellow is actually crazy. Ain’t nobody beating that lineup ever.”

Another fan disagreed, writing, “Jordan never had a center… With a center like Hakeem and an explosive DRose… It’s over.”

A Fan broke down why the yellow team would win, writing, “Yellow in 7. Curry and Shaq are mismatches that get them over the hump.”

But another noticed something else, saying, “Red. Because Yellow Malone was 38 years old and A**.”

And one fan answered more simply, writing, “I mean damn, who ever placed a bet against MJ and won?”

Which Of The Two Teams Would Win A 7-Game Series?

Whenever questions like this come up, there can never be an objectively right answer because there is no way to prove it. However, based on the two starting fives, it’s safe to say that Team Yellow would likely win a series. They have spacing thanks to Stephen Curry and LeBron James is the second-best player ever. Kobe Bryant and Karl Malone are elite scorers and prime Shaquille O’Neal was unstoppable.

Team Red may have Michael Jordan and Hakeem Olajuwon may have bested Shaquille O’Neal in the 1990s, but it would be a different story in this situation. The yellow team is simply too stacked and fits together better. The series would be close, but ultimately the yellow team would likely take the victory.
