Even though Mom loves all of her kids equally, she cannot refer to them as all being the same. Mothers have had to learn how to recognize their 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren since multiple pregnancies are on the rise in the United States.
Due to the fact that the triplets were 𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐧 at 29 weeks, they had to spend 3 weeks in special care. The triplets’ mother, Crystal Hasselquist, later started to worry that she wouldn’t be able to distinguish between the 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren because they were identical triplets. In this regard, the worry was reasonable because the 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren were nearly identical.
Later, while speaking with the nurses, Crystal was given instructions to establish color difference, and the family did so. Bed linens, 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦 bottles, toys, and clothing were all given to each 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥 according to their ndvdal hue.
For a while, this was effective, but when the kids were washing and getting dressed and had their tiny clothing off, the tactic appeared to fail. At that point, the proud mother had a revolutionary thought!
She also created a straightforward and unique strategy. The mother paints the big toe on each of her 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren’s left feet with a different color: green for James, blue for Henrik, and red for Thomas.
The proud and funny mother’s sister-in-law AmyJo Hasselquist found this colorful dynamic entertaining, so she decided to utilize her TikTok account to share the interesting measure with the world in the hopes that it could be useful to another mother of triplets or identical twins.
With their adorable unique parenting approach, the astute mother and her triplets immediately went viral, topping 16 million views.
While marking their infants is an effective way to distinguish them, some moms utilize other identification-facilitating techniques that are not limited to markings.
