Chelsea fans are all now saying the same thing about Moises Caicedo after Burnley win

Chelsea fans were absolutely delighted with Moises Caicedo’s performance in the club’s 4-1 win against Burnley yesterday.

Moises Caicedo did not make the best start to his career at Chelsea, giving away a penalty on his debut in the Blues’ 3-1 loss to West Ham United in August.

The midfielder was also at fault for Nottingham Forest’s goal at Stamford Bridge last month, losing the ball in the middle of the park before Anthony Elanga dispatched to give Steve Cooper’s men all three points.

However, Caicedo has improved since then and Chelsea fans now think that they are starting to see the best of the 21-year-old.

After his performance in the victory over Burnley, one fan wrote on Twitter: “Caicedo is my MOTM once again.”

Another said: “Moises Caicedo has been quietly class again today.”

Mauricio Pochettino will need a similar performance from Caicedo after the international break.

Chelsea take on Arsenal, which will be a tricky fixture for the Blues.

But they should now have a bit of confidence after picking up six points from their last two games and hopefully they can carry that into their upcoming London derby.

After spending so much money on him, the encounter with Mikel Arteta’s side is the kind of match Caicedo is going to be truly judged on.

If the Ecuador international delivers, then he could come in for some serious praise. But if he does not, expect there to be a lot of scrutiny, especially if Declan Rice outperforms him, another midfielder who went for a huge fee in the summer.
