ANNE Hathaway has shocked her fans after new photos emerged of her face looking completely different at a Milan Fashion Week Show.

But after new photos emerged of Anne, 41, at a Milan fashion show this week, fans were shocked to see major changes to her facial structure.

The Devil Wears Prada star was spotted on Friday while attending the Versace Womenswear Fall/Winter 2024-2025 runway show.

The actress posed for the cameras while sporting a jaw-dropping red corsetted dress that was cropped at the knees.

Anne paired the look with simple jewelry and patent-leather red pointed-toe pumps with bows on the ends.

Her hair was styled in beachy waves and she rocked full glam makeup while seated front row at the Milan Fashion Week show.

The movie star clutched a black bag as she sat next to K-pop singer Hyunjin, Chinese vocalist Ningning, and rockstar Sergio Pizzorno.

Several took to Reddit where they speculated that The Princess Diaries star had undergone a “botched” plastic surgery procedure.

“She looks different here. kinda reminds me of Amal Clooney,” one wrote referring to George Clooney’s wife.

“Something with her eyes is different. Maybe she had a facelift and the outer part of her eyes were pushed up,” a second contributed.

“Tell me Anne did not do buccal fat removal or something. She looks different here,” a third wondered.

“I can’t pinpoint what’s different but it feels like something with the eyes/nose/upper cheeks? Like maybe filler that’s settled weird? I don’t know. She’s beautiful and always has been but definitely looks different,” a fourth claimed.

“She looks fabulous regardless. Full support, it’s good work if it is work. I just hope she doesn’t botch her beauty,” a fifth expressed.

Anne has been re-envisioning her style in recent years as she welcomes a new era in her 40s.

The stylish and bold outfit consisted of a baggy leather jacket and jeans with just a shear bra underneath for her cover takeover.

The star was interviewed by the outlet and went into detail about her decades-long career and some doubts she faced along the way.

“I feel like I lived in a space for a really long time where I was so afraid of doing it wrong and so tightly connected to the idea of doing it right,” she told Porter during the interview.

However, she then explained that there is no reason to have these worries because either way it does not make a difference in the long run.

Anne encouraged others to embrace themselves in their career along with what makes them feel good overall.

“It makes not a damn bit of difference if you do it right or wrong. The point is, are you having a good time? Do you feel like yourself? And is it working with you?” she said.

“There’s so much to be proud of and there’s so much to fix.’”
