Kim Kardashian, whose net worth is estimated at $1.8 billion as of 2022, unveiled her first private jet in late February 2022.
It’s the Gulfstream G650ER, a long-range variant of the G650 that seats up to 18 and sleeps 10, the same type of plane as Jeff Bezos and Elon Musk. The plane uses two Rolls-Royce BR725 A1-12 engines, has a top speed of 1,141km/h, an average speed of 955km/h, and a range of 13,890km.
She bought the plane in 2021, but spent a year customizing it. The plane’s exterior paint color is advertised as “ghost gray,” which is Kim’s favorite color (it can be seen everywhere, from the villa to the “huge” fleet of cars including Rolls-Royce Ghost, Lamborghini Urus, and Mercedes-Maybach, S-Class and GLS 600).

The interior is extremely luxurious, with light, elegant colors. The plane’s ceiling, pillows and headrests are covered in cashmere fabric. According to Autoevolution, it is estimated that Kim Kardashian spent up to $150 million on the plane, including the modifications. If this figure is correct, Kim’s plane is more expensive than the two richest billionaires in the world, Jeff Bezos and Elon Musk.

At the same time, Kim Kardashian has a strict set of rules for anyone who gets on the plane.
In the latest episode of The Kardashians, Kim chatted with her sister Kendall Jenner before a trip to Milan for the Prada fashion show. The conversation mentioned Kendall wanting to get some sun before the flight, but Kim brushed it off: “Did you see the cashmere chairs? You can’t get your self-tanner on my cashmere chairs.”
This isn’t the first time Kim has hinted at keeping planes pristine. In a previous episode, she revealed that she “doesn’t wear shoes on the plane,” only using custom-made Skims slippers (a fashion brand she co-founded). She also joked: “Don’t breathe, don’t touch anything.”
But she did allow her eldest daughter North West to celebrate her 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡day with the other kids on the plane.
