Kylie Jenner opened up about her insecurities over her ears as a 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥 left her ‘f***ed up’ on the penultimate Season 3 episode of Hulu’s The Kardashians.

The 25-year-old cosmetics mogul – who recently reunited with Jordyn Woods – was over at her sister Kourtney Kardashian‘s house in the episode, doing her makeup, when she opened up about how everyone poking fun at her ears was traumatizing to her.

She added everyone called her ‘Dopey,’ referring to the cartoon character from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, and realized her daughter Stormi has her same ears.

Kylie tells her sisters, ‘You guys don’t realize, how you always talked about my ears,’ though Khloe insists, ‘But I talked about your ears because I loved them.’

Kylie admits, ‘But I didn’t think it… I didn’t receive it like that. I received it as like everyone is making fun of my ears, calling me Dopey,’ as Kourtney asks if she called her that.

‘Everyone did,’ Kylie says, as she goes to pull on Kourtney’s ears and says ‘Oh you’re little Dopey,’ as Kourtney realizes this all happened, ‘as like a little kid.’

‘Yeah. That f***ed me up. I never thought about my ears, and then for like, five years, I never wore an updo, and then I had Stormi and she had my ears, and it made me realize how much I love them, because I’m like, ‘Wow, if I’m insecure about my ears and I like think my daughter is the most beautiful thing ever, and I just like, now I wear an updo every carpet,’ Kylie says.

Kourtney adds in confession, ‘We do live in a world that is obsessed with perfection. I think my mom always like you know had us dressing alike and being really polished and hair done and I think I’m just really conscious with my own kids about giving them the freedom to express themselves and not put so much pressure on like perfectionism.’

Khloe adds in the room, ‘Like I definitely don’t want our kids to have those insecurities but I do my best at home.’

Kourtney adds, ‘I think the messaging is like you’re good enough just the way you are, you know, and like owning who you are.’

Kylie adds in confession that, ‘Social media has been really interesting for me. My friend actually hit me today, he’s going through something, and they’re like, ‘How do you stay so strong?’ And I think I’ve just heard every negative possible thing and rumor anyone could say about me. The more it happens, I think you just become more stronger and more numb to it. And yeah, I mean, it can be a really dark, dark place sometimes and you also have to realize, no matter what drama I’m going through on social media, I have such a beautiful personal life. Like, I have the best kids. I have really amazing friends and family who know who I am, so you have all these people that are so close to you who understand exactly what you’re going through. I think that that’s a beautiful thing.’

The episode begins at Kourtney Kardashian’s house, where Kylie Jenner arrives to do her makeup for the day.

Kylie collapses on the bed and finds something very strange – a rubber ‘brain’ – which causes Kylie to ask, ‘What is this?’

Negative: Kylie adds in confession that, ‘Social media has been really interesting for me. My friend actually hit me today, he’s going through something, and they’re like, ‘How do you stay so strong?’ And I think I’ve just heard every negative possible thing and rumor anyone could say about me’

‘Oh, it’s a brain, a squishy,’ Kourtney says, as Kylie adds, ‘It’s not like a 𝓈ℯ𝓍 thing, right?’ as Kourtney responds, ‘No, what would it be? Like f**k my brain?’

‘I don’t know, maybe you guys put it in between each other or something?’ Kylie adds, adding in confession, ‘Kourtney asked me to do her glam today, and I am honored.’

‘We just get along really well. I think I understand her, she understands me, and we have a special bond, her being the oldest sibling and me being the youngest,’ Kylie says in confession.

Kylie thanks Kourtney for hiring her, as Kourtney jokes their sister Khloe, ‘is going to be like, what are you doing?

Khloe arrives and both Kylie and Kourtney compliment her on her hair but Khloe thinks it looks ‘stringy.’

Kourtney says, ‘I do think you should be confident, even in your imperfections. I was just thinking about like the beauty standards in the world today.’

Kylie adds, while doing Kourtney’s makeup, ‘I just feel like we have huge influence and what are we doing with our power? I think I just see so many young girls on the internet now like fully editing. Like the editing and I went through that stage too and I feel like I’m in a better place, but other people can instill insecurities in you.’

Kylie adds in confession, ‘We all have our little things, so it’s normal to be insecure sometimes, but I always just remember being like the most confident kid in the room. I always loved myself, I still love myself.’
