Jason Kelce has been busier than ever since retiring from the NFL — and wife Kylie Kelce has witnessed that firsthand.

During the debut episode of her “Not Gonna Lie” podcast, Kylie, 32, fielded questions about the logistics of recording. While some may assume that Jason would be watching their three daughters — Wyatt, 5, Ellie, 3, and Bennett, 21 months — during her podcast tapings, Kylie said that is not the case.

“How do I say this nicely? No,” Kylie said during the Thursday, December 5, episode. “When I have to do something — coaching, something for Eagles Autism Foundation something for podcast, a doctor’s appointment even — I will schedule 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥care.”

She added, “My husband could tell me 72 times that he is going to be in the house during the time when I have to leave it, [and] I will still schedule 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥care.”

Kylie stressed that hiring a 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦sitter was “not a knock” on Jason.

“My husband is busier than he has ever been,” she continued. “I see him less now in retirement than I did when he was playing football. We had a set schedule then, now it is an absolute free-for-all.”

Jason retired from the Philadelphia Eagles in March, soon inking a broadcasting deal with ESPN. He cohosts Monday Night Countdown, which requires him to travel to each Monday football game, and is gearing up to start his own late-night program for the network. Jason also emcees his “New Heights” podcast with his brother, Travis Kelce.

“He is working so hard and really grinding right now,” Kylie gushed of her spouse on Thursday. “So, I just make sure that I’m covered. If that means that he’s at the house and someone else is there just to cover and make up the difference, then that’s what we have going on. But, he will not be watching the kids.”

According to Kylie, Jason “wasn’t watching” the girls while filming the debut episode since he had business meetings of his own.

Jason and Kylie have been married since 2018 after meeting on dating app Tinder. In addition to their three daughters, they are currently expecting 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦 No. 4.

“I always say that I am so incredibly grateful to be able to get pregnant,” she said on the podcast. “I have realized in my adult life that it is not as easy to get pregnant as we were originally led to believe in high school. You can’t just look at someone and, ‘Whoop, there you go.’”
