The Kardashian-Jenner clan are known for their lavish annual Christmas Eve bashes.
Their signature Christmas Eve parties have been a tradition in their family since 1978. Although 2020 was the only year it was canceled because of COVID, the parties have grown from an intimate affair to a big event with musical guests and show-stopping decor. Artists like Sia, Tank and Babyface have performed at the extravaganzas.
In a 2019 episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Kris Jenner talked about the significance of the holiday event and how she wants her 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren and grand𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren to keep the tradition alive. 2019 was also the year Kris handed the reins to Kim Kardashian and she hosted it at her home.

“I want you guys to be able to do this until you’re my age and one of your kids takes over. That’s the joy,” Kris said. “It’s just the thought of actually not doing it at my house. … I’m getting emotional. It makes me sad. It does. It makes me so sad. It’s just that magic that you can make, and make everybody feel so amazing on one night a year. It’s that love. It’s not just a party. It’s changing of the guards.”
