Wiz Khalifa’s Encino mansion, acquired for $7.6 million, includes a guest house and a basketball court, providing ample space for relaxation and entertainment.

Lil Wayne’s waterfront property on Allison Island, Miami, boasts 10,600 square feet and panoramic ocean views. Acquired in 2018 for $16.7 million, it now holds an estimated value of $30 million. On the other hand, Travis Scott’s Brentwood mansion, purchased for $23.5 million, features a 72-foot infinity pool and seven bedrooms, reflecting opulence at its finest.

Diddy’s European-style villa in the Hollywood Hills, acquired for $39 million, includes 17,000 square feet of luxurious living space. Dr. Dre’s 18,000 square foot home in Brentwood, purchased for $40 million, is inspired by a French chateau and features a private underground studio.

Kanye West’s Hidden Hills residence, once valued at $20 million, is now estimated at $60 million after renovations. Jay-Z’s mansion in Bel-Air, purchased for $88 million, includes eight bedrooms and four swimming pools. Finally, Drake’s Toronto estate, a 49,500 square foot palace, boasts a regulation-size basketball court and a recording studio, with an estimated worth of $100 million.

These properties exemplify the heights of luxury and the extravagant lifestyles of hip-hop’s elite, each home telling a story of success, wealth, and personal taste.
