This is one of the most expensive deals in Beverly Hills in 2024. The Spanish-style villa has seven bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, a pool, spa and movie theater. The house also has a grand spiral staircase, a wooden library, a gym, a greenhouse and a playroom.
The gated mansion sits on a “rare double lot” of approximately 4,047 square metres on one of the most “coveted” streets in the Beverly Hills Flats neighborhood. The home has been described as a “true masterpiece”, combining classic features with modern amenities.
Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco’s new home is the former home of Joker director Todd Phillips. In 2012, Phillips spent $17 million to buy the mansion from Paradigm Talent Agency president Sam Gores. Nine years later, he sold it for $31 million. Before Gomez and Blanco, the property had another, unknown owner.
