Lane’s career spanned decades, and he left us at the impressive age of 102 on July 9, 2007, due to natural causes. Agnes Moorehead, who portrayed the flamboyant Endora, also made a lasting impact. She passed away on April 30, 1974, at the age of 73 from uterine cancer, leaving behind a legacy as one of television’s most memorable mothers.

Dick York, who played the loving but exasperated Darren Stevens, had to leave the show due to chronic pain, passing away at 63 in 1992 due to complications from empyema. His co-star, Elizabeth Montgomery, who embodied Samantha Stevens, passed away on May 18, 1995, at 62 from colon cancer, solidifying her status as one of TV’s most beloved characters.
