55-year-old star Jennifer Lopez overcame her difficulties by thinking that everything happened because she needed to learn a lesson for herself.

“I think the way I get through things is not thinking that they happened to me, but that they happened for me and what the lesson was at that moment,” Jennifer Lopez told the host in a video posted on December 21.
By thinking about things this way and maintaining a positive mindset, the 55-year-old star finds it easier to accept what has happened to her. She concludes: “What can I learn and how can I become better, stronger, wiser and more developed from this moment?”
